Russia does impose a lot of influence on my style research. I love its shiny gold, its bold allure, the intense presence of color and not to be forgotten the strong personality of those women who mirror themselves in old Hollywood Divas.
Recently I read about Vika Gazinskaya, a Russian fashion designer, and fell in love with her creations. In an interview she admitted to have been inspired by the clouds she saw from the airplanes during the innumerous flights she made this year.
With a lot of luck I stepped over a knitted blouse in São Paulo that was light blue and white. The tie-dye effect reminded me of Vika’s work. I had to have it!
Back home I thrived to incorporate the new piece to my style by matching it with some of my wardrobe pieces. The result you are about to see was achieved by combining the new blouse with a white lace skirt from Milan and sling back pumps from Ballin.
Finally I guess I was able to make a kind of a modern ladylike style. Do you agree?
